After being out of my workout routine for a few months due to sickness (and laziness) I jumped back in on Friday by committing to the Resolution on Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010. I completed the first day and haven't been able to walk without pain since (good pain...at least that's what I keep telling myself)!
Tonight is the next workout that I have to complete which is Upper Body. I expected to be waddling and unable to lift my arms tomorrow but at least I'll e on my way to a better bod...right?
Eating...well, that has gotten better too! Just need to stay on the right rack which shouldn't be too bad since my hubby is on board with the eating thing. We've both committed to eating out less by only eating dinner out once a week. With the money that we save from only eating out once a week we are going to go shopping once a month and donate that to our church's food pantry.
